Watch as Russell and Joe separately try to book their annual golfing trips, and note how a positive customer service experience impacts the enjoyment of the trip.  We oversaw the B2B video from concept to completion. SAP is currently using the video for internal corporate purposes, online marketing campaigns, and customer facing meetings.  Tony Fassette, Global Vice President of SAP BCM sent us this testimonial about his experience with us, and impact the video is having:

As you know, we were looking to produce an engaging video to share our product’s unique selling points with our prospects and customers. The video you produced exceeded our expectations and is delivering strong results. We use the video to lead off all customer facing meetings (trade shows, events, etc.). This not only helps quickly highlight our unique selling point, but it also sets the tone for open and engaging dialogue. For sure the tone comes from the smart, tasteful humor that you made part of the video. We also use the video for our viral marketing campaigns. It can be seen on our SAP CRM Youtube channel, (Customer Service: A Tale of Two Cities). I appreciate your collaboration, professionalism and guidance throughout the project. Your team is extremely talented and easy to work with and I am convinced that the success of the video lies solely with your unique ability to see and deliver the big picture. I look forward to an opportunity to collaborate on a new video in the future.[/blockquote_message]
