As part of a four-video employee spotlight series, 336 Productions partnered with Hoag Hospital in Newport Beach to highlight the people behind the care, starting with registered nurse Dylan Blank. Designed as a multi-purpose recruitment and brand-building asset, the series was created to inspire current employees, attract future talent, and celebrate standout team members across the organization.
In pre-production, our team conducted in-depth pre-interviews with each featured employee to build rapport, shape the narrative, and ensure an authentic on-camera experience. Filmed over six days throughout Orange County, each video blends personal interviews with workplace and lifestyle b-roll to create a well-rounded portrait of the employee both on and off the job. From concept development through post-production, 336 Productions collaborated closely with Hoag at every stage, delivering multiple review cuts to ensure the final video aligned with Hoag’s recruiting and marketing goals.

This emotionally driven patient story video was produced by 336 Productions for Hoag Hospital’s Circle 1000 fundraising initiative, which supports cancer services at the Hoag Family Cancer Institute. The video follows Kimberly Reinika’s personal journey, combining heartfelt interviews filmed at Hoag with b-roll captured onsite and select archival footage provided by the hospital.
In pre-production, our team worked closely with Hoag to develop thoughtful interview questions and conducted a pre-interview with Kimberly to better understand her experience and shape the story arc. Production took place over one day, with a technical scout completed in advance to maximize efficiency and visual quality. In post-production, we delivered multiple review cuts, refining the story until it was ready for presentation at Circle 1000 events and for use across Hoag’s digital platforms.

For Hoag’s 2021 Endowed Chair Ceremony, 336 Productions produced a three-video series honoring distinguished physicians and donors who support medical innovation and research. The project included pre-interviews to build rapport and inform the interview structure, along with multiple shoot days using both full crews and smaller, agile setups for quick capture needs. Each video weaves interviews with cinematic b-roll to highlight both the professional achievements of the inductees and the philanthropic support behind the program. As with all Hoag projects, we provided multiple review rounds and handled the project from concept through final delivery.

336 Productions was once again selected by Hoag Hospital to capture the 2023 H.E.R. Summit, a high-profile event focused on women’s health, held at the VEA Newport Beach. Drawing on our experience in live event videography, our team documented keynote moments, panel discussions, and attendee engagement to create a fast-turn highlight video.
With a streamlined crew on-site, we captured dynamic coverage throughout the event and delivered the edited highlight video just days later to support immediate promotion of the summit’s success and future iterations. The final piece effectively captures the energy, mission, and impact of the event, reinforcing Hoag’s leadership in women’s health initiatives.
