We’re thrilled to share that 336 Productions has been honored with a Communicator Award of Excellence—the highest honor given by the Communicator Awards—in the category of General-Recruitment Video for our work with the County of Orange Health Care Agency (HCA).
This award-winning project is part of a four-video recruitment series we produced for the County, highlighting vital healthcare careers including Nurse, Behavioral Health Specialist, Mental Health Specialist, and Crisis Assessment Team (C.A.T.) Member roles.
About the Project
From initial concept to final delivery, our Orange County-based video production team managed every aspect of this project. We provided full-service video production, including:
Pre-production planning and creative development
On-location filming with county employees and healthcare staff
Post-production editing, branded motion graphics, sound design, and final delivery
The series blended cinematic b-roll footage with heartfelt, on-camera interviews, allowing county employees to share their personal experiences and highlight the meaningful, often life-saving work they do every day.
Specifically, the C.A.T. Team recruitment video stood out for its engaging storytelling and authentic representation of the County’s mental health crisis response efforts, ultimately inspiring potential recruits to join a dedicated and mission-driven workforce.
